The Prompt Builder

A good prompt has four parts. Assemble one to decode a tender, load a ready recipe, then copy it into your sanctioned AI tool. The skill is asking well.

1 · Role — who the AI should act as 2 · Context — what it's working with 3 · Task — exactly what to do 4 · Format — how to hand it back

A weak prompt (don't do this)

      
"summarise this tender" — no role, no context, no format, no guardrail. You'll get a vague wall of text, it may invent requirements, and you can't defend what you submit. The four parts above are what turn AI from a gamble into a tool.
